Job Description

1. Expanding program offering and enhancing the quality of existing programs.
2. Developing and implementing strategy for the program team, including developing a robust risk mitigation plan.
3. Understanding how different projects interlink and overlap.
4. Working with the HR team to manage staff and resources for programs.
5. Liaising with the marketing and communications team to increase awareness of programs.
6. Managing budgets and reporting on fund allocation.
7. Participating in tender and grant application process including design, submission and review.
8. Coordinating and running events and workshops.
9. Gathering feedback and presenting insights.
10. Reporting on program performance to executive team and directors.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
2. Proven 5 to 8 years of experience in program and project management, preferably in an electronics manufacturing or contract manufacturer industry.
3. Experienced working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a global environment.
4. Demonstrated expertise in customer relationship management and negotiation.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal teams and external customers.
6. Knowledge of manufacturing processes, supply chain operations, and product lifecycle management.
