• Durchführung von Ursachenanalysen bei Kundenbeschwerden.

Job Description

1. Review quality specifications and technical design documents to provide timely feedback.
2. Perform root cause analysis in the event of customer complaints or when mass production yield is unsatisfactory.
3. Investigate product quality to make improvements for better customer satisfaction.
4. Prepare and present reports and metrics to management.
5. Prepare product work instructions and related documents.
6. Consistent effort in Continuous Improvement Process (CIP).
7. Liaise with vendors on machine improvements.
8. Liaise with various departments to solve product-related problems encountered during New Product Introduction (NPI) and mass production.
9. Able to work independently in a fast-moving manufacturing environment.
10. Control and manage documentation within the department.

Job Requirements

1. Minimum 2 years of process engineering experience in a metalworking manufacturing environment.
2. Able to use basic inspection measuring equipment.
3. Able to read and interpret engineering drawings.
4. Good communication skills among peers, superiors, management, and inter-departments.
5. Six Sigma knowledge is an advantage.
6. Possesses leadership, good time management, and confidence in decision-making qualities.
7. Preferably with systematic problem-solving/analysis and technical capacity background.
