Job description

Design and build accurate 3D models of spaces using specialized software such as 3Ds Max, Sketchup, and VRAY.

Apply textures, colors, and materials to 3D models to enhance realism according to project requirements.

Set up lighting and shading to create the desired mood and realism in the 3D environment.

Produce high-quality images of 3D models by setting up and optimizing render settings.

Translate 2D sketches or ideas into 3D models to help clients visualize the final visuals.

Collaborate with designers and clients to ensure visualizations meet expectations and incorporate feedback.

Master various visualization tools and software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and VRAY.

Solve technical issues related to textures, lighting, or render times.

Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and software in 3D visualization to improve skills and efficiency.

Organize and manage digital assets and project files for easy access and continuity.

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Architecture, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, or equivalent.

Required skills include AutoCAD, 3ds Max, VRay, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office.

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is required.

Preferably specialized in Architecture/Interior Design or related fields.

Ability to work independently with a high level of initiative.

Willingness to undertake business trips as required.

This is a full-time position.
