Job summary

BlueAppleCrafter is seeking a 3D Designer to craft immersive concepts for events, mall decorations, and brand activations in Malaysia. You will transform ideas into tangible 3D designs, collaborating with a cross-functional team to deliver compelling visuals that meet project briefs and brand guidelines.

You should be proficient in 3Ds Max, Lumion, SketchUp, AutoCAD and Photoshop, with bonus language skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, or Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in 3D design, graphic design, or related field.
• Proficiency in 3D software: 3Ds Max, Lumion, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Photoshop.
• Fluent in English; Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin are advantageous.

Responsibilities

Holistic 3D & Graphic Creative Management for Event, Mall Decoration, & Brand Activations. You will create and transform creative concepts into tangible 3D designs that bring events, brands, mall decorations, and signage to life.

Collaborate with the team to bring design ideas to life

Develop compelling concepts into detailed, artisanal 3D designs aligned with project briefs and brand guidelines

Internalize project brief and brand tonality into final output, and ensure effective creative conceptualization and high proposal success rate

Exhibit resilience and a passionate commitment to delivering creative excellence, quality execution, and on-time delivery throughout creative management

Demonstrate strong teamwork in cross-functional collaboration

Manage multiple projects simultaneously with effective deadline management

About you

Diploma, bachelor's degree, or professional certification in 3D design, graphic design, or related fields

Proficiency in 3D design software such as 3Ds Max, Lumion, SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Adobe Photoshop

Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is an advantage

Skills in video editing, social reels creation and on-site photography are valuable additions
