Job description

You will be responsible for conceptualizing and visualizing engaging and innovative 3D designs for exhibition stands, event spaces, experiential installations, and brand activations. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of spatial design, materials, and event production, along with a high level of proficiency in 3D design software.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Understand company vision and design aesthetics, helping drive a consistent design sensibility across all projects.
2. Act as a supportive creative lead on trade shows and event opportunities, including developing innovative 3D creative concepts and designs from start to finish for proposals.
3. Translate briefs and client requirements into creative 3D design concepts.
4. Provide design support and direction for the production team.
5. Brainstorm new ideas regularly and strategize ways to stand out from the competition.
6. Research and understand client brand guidelines to incorporate into creative strategies while maintaining brand standards.
7. Drive the proposal process collaboratively with various departments and team members.
8. Experience high work satisfaction by seeing designs come to life and reach fruition.
