Job summary

Net2Source (N2S) in KL seeks a Vulnerability Response Specialist to own end-to-end management of notable vulnerabilities in a 24x7 cyber security context. The role requires on-site presence in Kuala Lumpur to coordinate incident response, remediation, and stakeholder communications.

You will drive vulnerability response playbooks, coordinate with Cyber Defence, Platform Teams, and Asset Owners, and ensure timely risk reduction across high-profile CVEs and exploits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in vulnerability management, security operations or related fields.
• Experience coordinating major incidents and 24x7 security coverage.
• Ability to translate vulnerability data into remediation plans and business impact.

Responsibilities

• Vulnerability response management and end-to-end remediation.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders during high-severity events.
• Lead incident management communications, escalation, and reporting.
• Maintain vulnerability response playbooks and on-call readiness.
• Drive risk reduction and track remediation milestones to closure.
• Support post-incident reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
