Job description

1. Customer Service Specialist (Game Direction)
  • Communicate with game players through the online customer service system to promptly respond to and resolve issues encountered by players during the game;
  • Record and provide feedback on players' suggestions, opinions or bugs to help optimize the player experience;
  • Familiar with the basic game mechanics and able to provide effective guidance and support;
  • Cooperate with the operation and technical teams to assist in handling emergencies and common consultation matters.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Work 5 days a week, 8 hours a day, accept shift work;
  • Proficient in using computers, good text input skills and fast typing speed;
  • Have good communication skills and service awareness, be patient and meticulous, and be able to properly deal with players' emotions;
  • Must be proficient in English and be able to communicate fluently in writing and reading;
  • Applicants who are proficient in Chinese and Hindi will be given priority;
  • Candidates with customer service and gaming experience are preferred.
  • Remuneration and benefits:
  • Salary: RM4000 (probation period); after one month, it will be open for interview. RM500 for those who can speak Hindi or Chinese
  • Benefits: Provide 13 salaries, medical insurance and social insurance (medical and social insurance);
