1. Customer Service Specialist (Game Direction)
- Communicate with game players through the online customer service system to promptly respond to and resolve issues encountered by players during the game;
- Record and provide feedback on players' suggestions, opinions or bugs to help optimize the player experience;
- Familiar with the basic game mechanics and able to provide effective guidance and support;
- Cooperate with the operation and technical teams to assist in handling emergencies and common consultation matters.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Work 5 days a week, 8 hours a day, accept shift work;
- Proficient in using computers, good text input skills and fast typing speed;
- Have good communication skills and service awareness, be patient and meticulous, and be able to properly deal with players' emotions;
- Must be proficient in English and be able to communicate fluently in writing and reading;
- Applicants who are proficient in Chinese and Hindi will be given priority;
- Candidates with customer service and gaming experience are preferred.
- Remuneration and benefits:
- Salary: RM4000 (probation period); after one month, it will be open for interview. RM500 for those who can speak Hindi or Chinese
