Job summary

kghc in Kuwait is seeking a Workshop Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across the hydraulic workshop, including cylinders, pumps, seals, machining, welding, and engineering divisions.

You will allocate jobs, monitor workflow, and ensure on-time delivery while supervising technicians and support staff. Strong leadership, costing, and reporting skills are essential, with a preference for a Mechanical Engineering background.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hydraulic repair workshop management or similar mechanical/industrial workshop role.
• Strong technical knowledge of hydraulic cylinders, pumps, seals, machining, and welding processes.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to prepare quotations, costings, and technical reports.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with workshop software, spreadsheets, or ERP systems is a plus.
• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred, but experience can substitute).
