Job Responsibilities

• Organize and actively participate in the training of other Engineers.
• Lead and support the training of JFEs/JFTs and crew at the designated location.
• Conduct appraisals for field engineers and technicians on site.
• Follow and uphold all company HSE&Q standards, promoting their respect, understanding, and adherence.
• Lead local HSE&Q programs and meetings with management support.
• Control the quality of services during all phases of operations to ensure the delivery of high-quality products to clients.
• Perform all reporting and administrative duties related to field operations accurately and promptly.
• Ensure systematic application of internal maintenance principles on all tools and equipment, maintaining readiness.
• Keep the status of all equipment in the location updated in the internal maintenance system.
• Ensure availability of supplies at the wellsite for operations.
• Lead investigations into service quality issues with support from the Service Quality Manager.
• Promote a culture of safety awareness.
• Maintain work areas that are safe, clean, and orderly at all times.
• Follow company policies and procedures on health, safety, and environment.
• Support efforts to minimize HSE&Q risks and promote adherence to safety regulations.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of company and client information.
• Ensure journey management is completed for each mobilization.
• Participate actively in company HSE&Q functions.

Skills

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in wireline logging operations, preferably from top 4 international service companies.
• Ability to operate all services offered by the company across various locations.
• Leadership qualities emphasizing service quality, health, safety, and environmental responsibility.
• Effective communication skills and responsiveness to client requests.
• Ability to oversee FEs/FSs and crew performance consistently.
• WHE Pressure Control Certification (10K).
• Train the Trainer Certification.
• Physical capability to respond immediately to emergency situations.
• Willingness to work and perform under high-demand environment conditions.
• Ability to perform under time constraints.
• Strong communication skills and a confident personality.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt quickly to new environments.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering.

Preferred

• Kuwait Society of Engineering Membership.
