Our company is seeking skilled Welders to join our team in Bayan, Kuwait. As a Welder, you will be responsible for welding various metal components to fabricate or repair equipment and structures according to blueprints and specifications. This position requires previous experience in welding and the ability to work with various welding equipment.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and specifications to determine the required materials and welding methods
- Set up and operate welding equipment such as MIG, TIG, arc, and oxy-fuel welders
- Measure and mark metal pieces for cutting or shaping
- Clean, prepare, and inspect metal surfaces before welding
- Weld components together using appropriate techniques such as MIG or TIG welding
- Monitor welding process to ensure quality standards are met
- Conduct repairs on damaged or defective parts using appropriate tools
- Follow all safety procedures while working with hot metals and electricity

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in welding (experience in MIG or TIG welding preferred)
- Familiarity with various types of welding equipment and methods
- Ability to read blueprints and diagrams accurately
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
- Good physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy materials
- Strong communication skills
- Fluency in English is preferred but not required

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this position.
