Kuwait Jobs is seeking a Warehouse Assistant in Ahmadi, Kuwait to manage receipt, storage, and movement of materials. You will coordinate inspections, GRNs, and procurement liaison, while maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting stocktaking.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, experience in warehousing, and familiarity with MS Office and inventory systems. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmadi.

Qualifications

• Diploma/HS or relevant qualification required.
• Experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, and material handling.
• Good organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and inventory management systems is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and monitor receipt, storage, issuance, movement, and return of materials, tools, and equipment.
• Ensure timely availability of materials for scheduled maintenance jobs.
• Receive incoming materials, arrange inspections, prepare Goods Received Notes (GRNs), and coordinate with Procurement and Finance.
• Monitor stock levels and raise purchase requisitions for warehouse consumables and packing materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct stock checks, and support annual stocktaking.
• Coordinate warehouse organization, material stacking, scrap handling, and disposal.
• Ensure warehouse security, safety compliance, proper use of PPE, and good housekeeping.
• Communicate vendor performance feedback to the Procurement team.
