Roles and Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival, take orders accurately, and serve food and beverages promptly.
  


• Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, and surrounding areas throughout the meal service.
  


• Ensure efficient handling of cash transactions at the point-of-sale (POS) system.
  


• Provide excellent customer service by being attentive to guest needs and resolving any issues promptly.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-6 years of experience as a waiter or steward in a hotel or restaurant setting. (Freshers can also apply)
