Job Responsibilities

Volunteers Recruitment and Follow up:

• Recruit new volunteers for all the programs
• In charge of coordination the development of volunteer training workshops
• Allocate and follow-up with volunteers, facilitators and companies as the point of contact during the program delivery process to ensure quality implementation of the programs
• Monitor volunteer attendance in accordance with INJAZ procedures
• Follow up on and report volunteers\' status, comments or complaints to Line manager
• Conduct volunteer trainings for all programs

Alumni

• Coordinate Alumni events with external entities; Schools, Universities
• Attend all Alumni Association Meetings; take minutes, carry out action points

Initiatives

• Suggest and work with Line Manager on new initiatives to facilitate work operation and enhance program quality

Candidate Requirements
