Alyasra Fashion in Kuwait is seeking a Visual Merchandiser Manager to develop and execute visual merchandising strategies that elevate the customer shopping experience, drive sales, and reinforce the brand image.

You will lead the creation of captivating displays, planograms, and window rotations across stores, collaborate with store teams, and stay ahead of trends to keep the brand appealing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in visual merchandising, fashion, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in visual merchandising, including supervisory or managerial roles.
• Exceptional creativity and a strong sense of aesthetics.
• Background in watches & Jewelry is a plus
• Proficiency in visual design software and tools.
• Strong organizational, project management, and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of retail operations and customer behavior.

Job Purpose:

The Visual Merchandiser Manager will be responsible for developing and executing visual merchandising strategies that enhance the overall customer shopping experience, drive sales, and reinforce the brand's image. The leadership and creative vision will be instrumental in shaping store environments and elevating brand presence.

Principle Accountabilities:

• Visual Merchandising Strategist Develop and implement a comprehensive visual merchandising strategy that aligns with the brand's image and business goals and plan and execute visual merchandising initiatives across all store locations.
• Lead the creation of captivating merchandise displays and store layouts that attract and engage customers and ensure that displays effectively communicate product features, benefits, and promotions.
• Planogram Development collaborates with the merchandising team to create planograms that optimize product placement, traffic flow, and visual appeal Oversee the accurate execution of planograms in stores.
• Inventory Management monitors inventory levels and collaborates with inventory and purchasing teams to ensure product availability for visual displays. Coordinate stock replenishment and allocation for visual merchandising needs
• Visual Communication manage the design and installation of signage, banners, and visual communication materials and ensure that visual communication is consistent with brand messaging and guidelines.
• Windows Displays Lead the design and rotation of captivating window displays that capture the essence of our brand and entice customers and coordinate window display changes to align with seasons, holidays, and promotional periods.
• Team Leadership train and supervise visual merchandising team members and Provide guidance, mentorship, and constructive feedback to ensure high performance.
• Customer Experience Enhancement Collaborate with store managers and sales teams to understand customer preferences and product priorities. Continuously improve the in-store experience to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Market Trends and innovation Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and innovative visual merchandising concepts. Incorporate fresh ideas and concepts into visual displays to stay ahead of the curve.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in visual Merchandising, Fashion, or a related field (preferred).
