Overview
Responsible for optimizing product visual presentation and implementing marketing activities that Al Hajery Pharmacies. This role focuses on arranging merchandise attractively, constructing displays, and ensuring products are well-stocked and appropriately priced to enhance customer engagement and sales.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Policies and Procedures
- Implement the established policies and procedures and comply with Mohamed Naser Al–Hajery & Sons’ other policies.
- Merchandising Responsibilities
- Visual Displays and Merchandising: Design and implement in-store visual displays, shelf layouts, window displays, and promotional setups in alignment with corporate branding and seasonal campaigns.
- Planogram Adherence: Ensure planograms are followed and adapted to each location’s layout and inventory.
- Presentation:** Maintain attractive, clean, and compliant product presentation in all branches.
- Marketing Support
- Support marketing and promotional campaigns with appropriate in-store visuals and materials (e.g., wobblers, danglers, shelf talkers).
- Coordinate with suppliers for branded display materials for cosmetics, supplements, and over-the-counter (OTC) products.
- Branch Visits
- Conduct regular visits to pharmacies to install, audit, and maintain displays.
- Train and guide branch staff on proper merchandising standards and planogram adherence.
- Work with operations and purchasing teams to optimize space allocation and stock visibility.
- Perform ad-hoc duties and other tasks as assigned by the direct manager.
Skills
- Educational Qualification: High School Diploma.
- Work Experience: Minimum of 3 – 5 years of experience in the same or related field.
- Experience designing visually appealing displays, and using the necessary POS materials.
- Behavioural Competencies: Communication skills; Positive and respectful attitude; Hygiene and appearance; Discipline.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English or Arabic languages.
