Responsibilities
  • Guide clients through visa application processes for study, work, or travel

  • Stay updated with visa policies of major countries (Canada, UK, USA, Australia, etc.)
  • Provide accurate and timely advice
  • Greet and assist walk-in clients and visitors
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and basic inquiries
