Overview

We’re looking for a Software QA Test Analyst to join our team in Kuwait! If you have 5+ years of hands-on experience in testing Core Banking, Digital Banking, Payments, and Card Systems — with strong knowledge of industry-standard tools — we’d love to hear from you.

Note: This opportunity is open to candidates currently based in Kuwait only.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end manual and automated testing
• Design, execute, and maintain test cases using Selenium, TestNG, or UFT
• Conduct API testing with tools such as Postman or REST Assured
• Validate backend data using SQL
• Track and manage defects with JIRA or ALM
• Collaborate in Agile environments to ensure high-quality delivery

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of QA/testing experience
• Strong banking domain knowledge – Core Banking, Trade Finance, Digital Channels, and Card Systems (Issuing & Acquiring, Switch, POS, ATM, etc.)
• Proven experience with test automation frameworks
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
