Job summary

A well-established Print & Copy Company in Kuwait City is urgently hiring a Junior Accountant. The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of accounting experience, proficiency in Odoo ERP, and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. Responsibilities include handling financial transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing payroll. The position offers a salary between 300–375 KD and requires visa 18 Ahli holders who can join immediately.

We are hiring a skilled Junior Accountant with 3–5 years of experience to join a well-established Print & Copy Company located in Kuwait City.

  • Requirements:

~3–5 years of hands-on accounting experience

~Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field

~Proficient in Odoo ERP & MS Office

~Visa 18 Ahli holders only – Immediate joiners

~Male Indian candidates preferred

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle daily financial transactions & record keeping
  • Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts
  • Maintain accurate income/expense reports
  • Manage data entry & verification in Odoo ERP
  • Support reporting for branches & warehouse
  • Monitor inventory and assist with costing
  • Ensure accurate invoicing & system updates
  • Handle petty cash and organize documents via Dropbox
  • Coordinate with suppliers/customers on payment & accounts

10 Prepare monthly payroll & assist in audits

  • Location: Head Office – Kuwait City
  • Working Hours: Saturday to Thursday | 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Salary: 300 – 375 KD
