Sales/Ticketing Staff

A leading travel agency is looking for Sales/Ticketing Staff.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage ticketing and sales for travel services.
2. Confirm bookings and mature leads.
3. Provide excellent customer service.
4. Assist with hotel bookings and visa services.

Qualifications:

1. 2 to 5 years of experience in the relevant field.
2. Good knowledge of GDS systems like Galileo and Amadeus.
3. Strong customer service and closing skills.
4. Fluency in English and Arabic.
5. Must be located in Kuwait with transferable residency (18).
