Job summary

Zain Group in Kuwait seeks a Network Engineer to execute day-to-day implementation, monitoring, and maintenance of transport network infrastructure supporting mobile, fixed, and B2B services.

You will install, configure, and test transport network equipment (RON, GPON, DWDM), perform preventive and corrective maintenance, and support capacity upgrades while ensuring ISMS compliance and environmental safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Monitor alarms, analyze logs, and respond to incidents promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of network inventory, configurations, and updates.
• Assist specialists in troubleshooting escalated issues.
• Adhere to ISMS policies and report security breaches or incidents.
