A leading international franchise operator in Kuwait seeks a Training Manager to develop and oversee training programs. The ideal candidate will possess at least 4 years of experience in training management, excellent English skills, and will work closely with management to ensure training meets departmental needs. This is an essential role for supporting the growth of a diverse workforce.

Responsible for the core training function, you will work closely with management to assess training requirements and develop training programmes to meet departmental needs. You will advise regional learning and development managers and manage the content and quality of presentations delivered by Training Officers and Coach Officers to ensure high standards of training delivery.
