A leading company in Kuwait seeks a Training Manager to oversee, coordinate, and deliver high-quality training programs. The role requires proactive management, excellent client support, and the ability to enhance operational systems for training delivery. The ideal candidate will be a bilingual Arab national with extensive experience in training and academic program leadership.
Job Objective:
To provide legal, administrative, marketing, and logistical support necessary to ensure the effective implementation and high performance of Academy’s operational work plan. The Training Manager plays a key role in coordinating and overseeing daily operations related to training programs, ensuring quality delivery and continuous process improvement.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
·Plan and execute daily and weekly training-related activities in line with the approved operational plan.
·Prepare performance and result reports for senior management.
·Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders, including clients and corporate partners.
·Track training documentation, correspondence, and maintain organized digital and physical records.
·Respond promptly to client inquiries, offering professional and high-quality support.
·Contribute to the enhancement of operational systems and training delivery processes.
