General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. seeks a Theater Property Equipment Manager/Logistics Analyst to support CENTCOM equipment operations in Kuwait. You will manage provisioning, inventories, and asset accountability across GCSS-A and related systems.

• Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, or any other system required to perform assigned duties.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50lbs at a time and work in an austere environment while inventorying TPE equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret information, present numerical data, and analyze information.
• Clear, concise communication via phone, email, or in person.

Responsibilities

• Supports customer logistics requirements through analysis, organization, planning, and administration of provisioning, spares, maintenance, and/or repair activities.
• Conduct monthly cyclic inventories on GFE and maintain 100% accountability of all containers.
• Maintain 100% accountability of all property including LISs, CAISI, JCR-LOG, VSAT, TC-AIMS, and MC4 systems.
• Use GCSS-A as a record of reporting and dispositions.
• Create and maintain key control logs in accordance with army regulations for all assets as assigned by 1 TSC LOG AUTO Branch Chief.
• Conduct cyclic and sensitive items inventory in accordance with army regulations.
• Coordinate shipping/receiving of TPE property and transport LIS equipment to various yards within Kuwait.
• Initiate and facilitate TPE lateral transfers in accordance with TPE office policies.
• Maintain coordination with 1 TSC LOG Auto branch personnel and attend meetings as requested by the LOG AUTO branch chief.
• Provide GCSS-A reports as needed on all LOG AUTO TPE related items within CENTCOM AOR.
• Coordinate with strategic partners including AMCOM, CECOM, PL-AMIS, PEOIS, and KVHD.

MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT:

• • Supports customer logistics requirements through the analysis, organization, planning, and administration of various phases of day-to-day provisioning, spares, maintenance, and/or repair activities.
  • Conduct monthly cyclic inventories on GFE and maintain 100% accountability of all containers.
  • Maintain 100% accountability of all property to include but not limited to LISs, CAISI, JCR-LOG, VSAT, TC-AIMS, and MC4 systems.
  • The contractor shall use GCSS-A as a record of reporting and dispositions.
  • Create and maintain key control logs in accordance with army regulations for all assets as assigned by 1 TSC LOG AUTO Branch Chief.
  • Conduct cyclic and sensitive items inventory in accordance with army regulations.
  • Conduct shipping/receiving of TPE property as tasked by the 1 TSC LOG AUTO Branch. As needed transport LIS equipment to CRSP yard, RPAT yard, SSA, SPOD, APOD, or any other-directed area within Kuwait.
  • Initiate and facilitate TPE lateral transfers in accordance with TPE office policies.
  • Maintain constant coordination with 1 TSC LOG Auto branch personnel and attend meetings as requested by the LOG AUTO branch chief.
  • Provide GCSS-A reports as needed on all LOG AUTO TPE related items within CENTCOM AOR.
  • Coordinate with all strategic partners to include but not limited to, AMCOM, CECOM, PL-AMIS, PEOIS, and KVHD.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED (Required):
Bring your supply chain and program management expertise along with a drive for innovation to GDIT. The Site Lead must have:

• • Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 2 years' experience. An additional 4 years of experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
  • Minimum of an active Secret security clearance.
  • Ability to meet CENTCOM medical and deployment standards.
  • Knowledge of GCSS-A property book functions.
  • Ability to interpret and apply rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
  • High level of attention to detail due to the sensitivity of the information.
  • Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, or any other system required to perform assigned duties.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50lbs at a time and work in an austere environment at times while moving or inventorying TPE equipment located in containers.
  • Ability to effectively read and interpret information, present numerical data in a resourceful manner, and skillfully gather and analyze information.
