Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
  1. Diagnose and repair various electronic devices, including routers, smartphones, laptops, POS devices, and related equipment.
  2. Perform hardware repairs (L1, L2 & L3) and software troubleshooting to resolve technical issues efficiently.
  3. Conduct thorough assessments to identify root causes and provide accurate repair estimates.
  4. Use technical manuals, schematics, and diagnostic tools to perform repairs per manufacturer standards.
  5. Perform visual mechanical inspections, replacements, and system transactions.
  6. Create detailed job orders and confirm warranty coverage.
  7. Maintain an organized, clean work environment with proper handling and storage of equipment.
  8. Interact professionally with customers, explaining repair processes and timelines clearly.
  9. Manage customer inquiries, appointments, and service requests via phone, email, and in person.
  10. Build rapport with customers through effective communication and address concerns promptly.
  11. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely repairs and high customer satisfaction.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and product developments.
  13. Achieve targets set by the Division Manager and pursue continuous self-improvement.
  14. Demonstrate strong technical proficiency in diagnosing hardware and software issues.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications
  • Diploma in Electronics & Electric Circuits or a related field from a recognized institution; certifications or vocational training preferred.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a service center technician or similar role, with expertise in electronic device repairs.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Good knowledge of telecommunications products, services, and procedures.
  • In-depth knowledge of workshop conditions, ESD fittings, repair levels, etc.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Dynamic, friendly, and sincere personality.
