A leading company in Kuwait is seeking an HVAC Technician to provide repair and maintenance services. The technician will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, managing repairs, and complying with safety regulations. Ideal candidates will possess a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and 5-8 years of experience in the HVAC industry, along with strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

• Proficient in troubleshooting and maintenance of HVAC systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintain HVAC systems within assigned TAT.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Receive daily job cards and conduct the repair within assigned TAT and repeat repair ratio limits.
• Present the company in a professional manner, respect to local culture and maintain self-hygiene
• Achieve maximum customer satisfaction through proper repair, communication skills, proactive actions and empathy
• Perform emergency corrective maintenance in the field utilizing in-depth troubleshooting of a wide variety of tool models and peripheral equipment’s within and outside working hours per business demand
• Identify and report possible quality issues to supervisor and work on find solutions
• Keep daily logs and records of all maintenance functions
• Ensuring compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
• Report performed repairs, parts consumed, VOC result and daily activities
• preventative/corrective measures to maintain a safe, clean, sanitary, healthy, and presentable
• Self-development in product knowledge and trouble shooting skills

Educational Qualification

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Experience

• Years of Experience: 5 - 8 Years
• Field of Experience : Minimum 5 years of experience in service of HVAC industry

Skills

• Product knowledge in RF/VRV System, Ducted Split Units, Rooftop Package Units, AHUs, FCUs and chillers
• Technical troubleshooting
• Brazing/welding skills
• Communication skills (English and Arabic is a plus)
• Driving license is preferred
• PC and CRM system usage and data entry
