Job summary

Mezzan Holding Co. – National Canned Food (NCF) is seeking an experienced Technical Storekeeper in Kuwait City. The role focuses on maintenance spare parts management, inventory control, and accurate stock records. You will ensure proper receiving, issuing, labeling and storage of materials, while coordinating with Maintenance and Procurement.

Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and MS Excel is preferred. Immediate joiners will be given preference, and Kuwait-based candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical store / spare parts management.
• Familiarity with PR, PO and GR / goods receipt processes.
• Strong knowledge of stock monitoring and inventory control.
• Proficient in SAP S/4HANA and Excel.
• Good documentation and record-keeping practices.
• Coordination with Maintenance, Procurement and other departments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain technical store / spare parts inventory and records.
• Ensure proper receiving, issuing, labeling and storage of materials.
• Maintain minimum/maximum stock levels and perform stock reconciliations.
• Produce store-related reports and support maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Procurement and other departments.

We are looking for an experienced and well-organized Technical Storekeeper with good knowledge of maintenance/engineering spare parts and inventory management.

Key Skills & Responsibilities:

• Strong knowledge of Technical Store / Spare Parts Management
• Good knowledge of SAP S/4HANA
• Experience with PR, PO, GR / Goods Receipt processes
• Stock monitoring, inventory control & stock reconciliation
• Maintaining maintenance spare parts and consumables
• Proper material receiving, issuing, labeling and storage
• Maintaining minimum/maximum stock levels
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and store-related reports
• Proper documentation and record keeping
• Coordination with Maintenance, Procurement and other departments
• Good communication and organizational skills

Preferred Candidate:

• Previous experience as a Technical Storekeeper / Engineering Storekeeper
• Familiarity with industrial/maintenance spare parts is preferred
• SAP S/4HANA & Excel experience
• Currently available in Kuwait
• Immediate joiners will be given preference
