Job summary

A leading company in the consumer electronics industry is seeking a Service Operations Supervisor. The role involves overseeing AC product repairs, managing a technical team, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective service delivery. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electronics Engineering and have at least 5 years of relevant experience, including supervisory roles.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in consumer electronics service, with 3 years in a supervisory role.
  • Technical knowledge in chillers, VRFs, AHUs, FCUs, package AC, and ducted split.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee Commercial AC product repair and technical team performance.
  • Execute AMC obligations and meet customer demands for service.
  • Liaise with principal team for product updates and service quality.

Job description

Responsibilities

1- Service Operations & Operational Excellence:

  • Oversee Commercial AC product repair, technical team performance and annual maintenance contract execution.
  • Focus on the quality of service, parts, service coverage, costs & support dealer related issues with service or quality.
  • Achieve services repair revenue target through out of warranty repair volume, performing repair and duct cleaning for labor AMCs and other services opportunities.
  • Assign, monitor daily tasks for the technicians, and provide guidance or solutions for service-related issues.
  • Oversee project execution and perform commissioning for the Business Solution Department CAC sales.

2- Customer Satisfaction & Performance Monitoring:

  • Execute AMC obligations and meet customer demands to achieve AMC yearly renewal
  • Execute plans to achieve and exceed KPIs related to customer satisfaction, service NPS, process improvement, pending job closures, and overall profitability, while ensuring full adherence to performance standards set by the principal.
  • Perform emergency corrective maintenance in the field utilizing in-depth troubleshooting of a wide variety of tool models and peripheral equipment.

3- Principal Coordination & Product Knowledge:

  • Liaising with the principal team to stay updated on product updates, technical specifications, warranty policies, and communicate any changes to the service team and customers.
  • Analyze and report to Principal regarding service quality, and cost issues.

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Electronics Engineering
  • Additional certifications in CAC service or management are a plus

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in service of consumer electronics industry of which 3 years must be in a supervisory role.

Skills

  • Technical knowledge in CAC products, not limited, chillers, VRFs, AHUs, FCUs, package AC, and ducted split.
  • Excellent Team leadership skills, troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management abilities.
  • Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
