Lead Bidding Team and insure the success and completion of bidding process, assessing all the factors to arrive at bid decisions and submission, estimating all the required resources and distribute the tasks for the team members. Studies, analyses and evaluates tender documents from a technical and commercial point of view in order to identify risk factors, ensuring that technical terms comply with the relevant standards and coordinates with the Division manager and Head
