Description
stc Kuwait is actively recruiting for the role of System Channels Support Senior Specialist. In this role, you will be Overseeing the implementation of new systems, refining existing systems to elevate sales quality, and optimizing governance frameworks. Additionally, serving as the primary liaison to ensure prompt resolution of system issues and gaps, while meticulously documenting all processes and procedures within the channels support unit.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:
· Lead end-to-end project management for new system implementations, from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with governance and compliance standards.
· Analyze current systems to identify areas for improvement, develop innovative solutions, and generate performance reports for ongoing evaluation.
· Collaborate cross-functionally, especially with IT and vendors, to resolve technical issues, gather business requirements, and ensure successful system delivery.
· Maintain operational excellence by documenting processes, conducting audits, managing archives, and enhancing internal procedures.
· Provide technical and functional support to business users and all operational channels to ensure smooth, efficient system usage.
Qualifications
