Job Purpose
Job Purpose: Provide Technical Support to IT end-users, resolving technical issues, maintaining hardware and software installations, and improving IT systems. Ensure maintain users accounts by implementing Security Policies for system and Network.
Responsibilities
- Be familiar with all hardware, software and network operating systems of the branch computing platforms.
- Troubleshoots all Technology issues that are covering Software, Hardware and Network Operating Systems.
- Monitors security of all IT hardware and software components.
- Maintains logs for all required repairs and maintenance.
- Maintains proper records for all applications and systems installation, upgrade and or disposal as the case may be.
- Participates in the installation, configuration, upgrade, and administration of networked servers, workstations, peripheral equipment, and software to assure continuous operations.
- Conducts project activities according to the approved project plan and within scope, quality, time and budget constraints.
- Sets-up and manages the project team and arranges for training where necessary.
- Participates in troubleshooting to resolve network hardware and operations problems, including but not limited to connectivity, internet access, electronic mail and file servers.
- Coordinating with internal audit / external audit and providing evidence for the required controls.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field required.
