Job summary

BlueHorizon in Bayan is seeking a motivated Surveyor Assistant to support experienced surveyors on land surveys and construction projects. This entry-level role offers hands-on learning in field work, data collection, and report preparation.

Qualifications include a preferred Bachelor's in Surveying or related field, strong math skills, and proficiency with total stations, GPS, and robotic total stations. Ability to work outdoors and physically capable of carrying equipment are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field preferred.
• Previous experience as a Surveyor Assistant or similar role is an asset.
• Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and robotic total stations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Physically fit to carry equipment as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist surveyors with field work including setting up equipment, taking measurements, and collecting data.
• Prepare detailed reports and drawings based on survey data.
• Perform calculations and analysis of collected data.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely completion of projects.
• Maintain survey equipment and ensure it is in good working condition.
• Communicate effectively with clients and address any questions or concerns.
