We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Bayan.

As a Land Surveyor you will be responsible for conducting land surveys and preparing reports for various construction and development projects. Your role will also include analyzing data and creating maps using specialized software.

Responsibilities

• Conduct land surveys using various tools and equipment
• Prepare accurate reports and maps based on survey data
• Collaborate with engineers architects and other professionals to ensure accurate survey results
• Utilize specialized software to create detailed maps and drawings
• Analyze data and make recommendations for land use or development plans
• Ensure compliance with local state and federal regulations related to land surveying
• Maintain all necessary records and documentation related to surveys

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Surveying or related field preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
• Proficient in using surveying tools such as GPS total stations levels etc
• Strong mathematical skills
• Experience working with specialized software such as AutoCAD or GIS
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Salary 1700$ per month
