Overview

Supervisor position in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait. We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our team in Al-Kuwait. This role reports to the Executive Director and oversees the day-to-day operations of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the organization.
• Manage staff and develop operational policies and procedures.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve customer complaints.
• Monitor performance metrics and productivity.
• Monitor expenditures and budgeting.
• Carry out other delegated tasks as instructed by the Executive Director.

Qualifications

• Minimal work experience in a related field.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
