Job summary

Alghanim Industries in Kuwait is seeking a Packing and Removal Department Sales Executive to drive revenue growth by leading sales efforts for packing, removal, and relocation services. The role involves strategic planning, managing high-value client accounts, and overseeing the entire sales process.

You will identify target markets, acquire and manage corporate accounts, conduct site visits or virtual consultations, and negotiate contracts to balance profitability with client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant sales experience in Packing and Removal, Relocation, Moving, or a related industry.
• Proven experience in business development, client acquisition and account management.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Good Knowledge of the Kuwait market and experience dealing with corporate clients would be an advantage.
• Valid driving license is mandatory.
• Good command of English; Arabic would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for the packing and removal department.
• High-Value Client Acquisition and Management: Identify, approach, and secure high-value clients, including corporate accounts and large-scale relocations.
• Sales Process Oversight: Lead the sales process from initial contact through to contract negotiation and closing, ensuring a seamless client experience.
• Working Conditions: Travel to meet clients, conduct site visits, and attend industry events; flexible hours to accommodate client schedules.
