Responsibilities

• Define cost control execution strategy and implement cost controls processes and work instructions.
• Define project structure, WBS and CBS.
• Lead initiatives to improve cost control processes for efficiency and predictability.
• Develop proactive risk mitigation strategies across all project phases.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and provide strategic cost insights.
• Communicate cost status and risks in cross-functional meetings.
• Develop and maintain cost reporting, including EVM dashboards and KPI tracking.
• Monitor cost against forecast and identify variances for corrective actions.
