Job summary

Apparel Group in Kuwait City is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to develop, deliver and communicate visual concepts in-store and promote the brand across products and services. You will train the store team to perform merchant-based VP and manage daily, weekly and seasonal VP tasks.

Join a Dubai-headquartered fashion and lifestyle retail conglomerate operating international brand franchises with stores across the Gulf region.

Qualifications

No formal education required.
Full-time employment.
Experience in visual merchandising and brand presentation is preferred.

Responsibilities

Ensure brand identity and presentation standards in windows and in-store with eye-catching displays.
Implement brand visual merchandising standards.
Coordinate store displays per brand guidelines and strategy.
Develop floor plans to maximize visual impact.
Arrange merchandise, signage, fixtures and layouts.
Take photographs of merchandise displays after changes.
Utilize lighting to enhance store visuals and window displays.
Maximize placement of new lines and re-merchandise for trends.
Create store layouts by category and ensure proper merchandising.
Collect feedback on merchandise and performance.
Collaborate with operations and brand management to boost sales.
Work with VM Manager and sales team to meet commercial goals.
Support pre-opening activities and ensure brand standards are followed.
Research current market trends and lifestyle.
