Job summary

Sephora Kuwait is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead daily operations, elevate client experience, and drive sales in a premium beauty environment.

You will coach a diverse team, manage floor leadership, monitor KPIs, and partner with Area Manager to optimize stock, merchandising, and customer service while maintaining Sephora standards. English proficiency is required, Arabic is a plus, and a Bachelor's degree with 5–6 years in store management is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5–6 years experience in store management.
• English advanced; Arabic a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead floor leadership segments and ensure coverage at all times.
• Coach and train the team to meet commercial and operational KPIs.
• Drive sales targets and optimize performance across services and products.
• Monitor stock, merchandising, and store operations; report shortages.
• Analyze KPIs and propose action plans with Area Manager.
