Job summary

Amaken is seeking a Store Manager for its fast-casual restaurant in Kuwait City. This role involves overseeing daily operations, leading staff, and ensuring compliance with brand standards. Job description

Amaken is seeking to hire a Store Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of a fast‑casual restaurant. The Store Manager will be responsible for driving operational excellence, leading and developing restaurant staff, achieving profitability targets, increasing guest traffic, and supporting sales growth initiatives. This role requires ensuring full compliance with brand standards, food safety regulations, and operational procedures while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take full ownership of the overall performance and operations of the restaurant, ensuring achievement of business objectives related to sales, profitability, customer satisfaction, and employee retention.
  • Lead and manage restaurant staff across all shifts to ensure smooth daily operations and consistent service delivery.
  • Train, coach, and develop team members in accordance with company policies, brand standards, and operational procedures.
  • Drive a customer‑focused culture by ensuring fast, friendly, and accurate service in a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Manage restaurant Profit & Loss performance through effective cost control, sales initiatives, inventory management, labor planning, and operational efficiency.
  • Prepare, review, and interpret operational and financial reports to monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Implement local marketing and sales‑building activities to increase guest count and revenue.
  • Ensure consistent execution of brand standards and maintain product quality across all customer touchpoints.
  • Monitor and control restaurant expenses and take corrective actions to achieve targeted profitability and cash flow objectives.
  • Ensure all restaurant facilities and equipment comply with company standards and local government regulations.
  • Maintain proper security procedures to protect employees, customers, and company assets.
  • Enforce food safety, sanitation, cleanliness, and maintenance standards across kitchen, dining, and service areas.
  • Ensure full compliance with cash handling, inventory management, and operational procedures.
  • Monitor customer feedback and resolve service concerns promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Foster a positive, respectful, and engaging work environment for employees while creating a welcoming experience for guests.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in fast‑casual restaurant operations, including team leadership and store management responsibilities.
  • Previous experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry is required.
  • Strong understanding of restaurant operations, customer service, inventory control, and financial management.
  • Ability to analyze operational and financial reports and implement action plans.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in standard business applications.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field; equivalent professional experience may also be considered.
  • Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and problem‑solving skills.
