YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT
The Store Manager is responsible for providing a personalized client experience, building strong client relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
YOUR IMPACT
Business Vision:
- Partner with Senior Management to create the store's vision and tone while driving a successful and profitable business.
- Serve as a proactive mentor, teacher, and problem solver with a strong leadership presence.
- Foster a collaborative, team-oriented environment across categories.
- Organize activities, meetings, and prioritize actions for the store and each category, balancing operational efficiency, service, and customer experience to ensure consistency.
Store Performance:
- Monitor performance by reviewing weekly sales per category.
- Develop staffing models to align employee scheduling with store traffic, optimize FTEs, and enhance sales potential.
- Analyze Mystery Shop reports focusing on customer service and CRM activities.
- Collaborate with Regional teams to review CRM strategies and performance measures.
Team Development and Coaching:
- Identify training needs and organize relevant training sessions.
- Mentor and coach team members, including Assistant Store Director and Department Managers.
Operations:
- Use Retail Pro for inventory management.
- Maintain positive relationships and accurate business reports with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage full Profit and Loss responsibilities, focusing on expenses and sales targets.
- Oversee stock levels and conduct physical inventories.
Job Responsibilities
Human Resources:
- Implement retention initiatives and collaborate with HR on staffing and development.
- Handle hiring, termination, and personnel matters.
- Provide onboarding and ongoing training, including career development initiatives.
- Manage payroll processes and employee timesheets.
Collection Previews:
- Develop event formats with Senior Management and Marketing.
Store Appearance:
- Maintain grooming standards and store cleanliness.
Administration:
- Manage key documents, staff scheduling, and holiday planning.
Sales:
- Develop and empower staff to achieve sales goals.
- Enhance client relationships through clienteling.
- Set and review individual sales objectives.
- Support sales processes and resolve customer issues.
Product Category Management:
- Analyze store performance by category and ensure organized support tools.
Profile
KEYS FOR SUCCESS
- Minimum 10 years of managerial experience in luxury retail, preferably in flagship stores.
- Proficiency in software applications.
- Results-driven, motivating leadership, customer-focused, and skilled in problem-solving and communication.
Additional Information
Languages: English required; additional languages advantageous.
