Responsibilities

• Cleaning, washing, and sanitizing dishes, kitchen utensils, and equipment.
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen, storage areas, and back-of-house operations.
• Ensuring compliance with hygiene, health, and safety standards at all times.
• Assisting chefs and kitchen staff by providing clean tools and equipment as needed.
• Handling garbage disposal, recycling, and chemical usage safely.
• Reporting maintenance issues promptly to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a kitchen stewarding or housekeeping role is an advantage, but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
