Position: Static Equipment Design Engineer

Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

• Design of pressure vessels, API storage tanks, heat exchangers, and other static equipment relevant to the oil & Gas, chemical, and petrochemical sectors.
• Minimum 8 years of experience with proficiency in vessel design software such as PV ELITE, COMPRESS, and TANK.
• Develop project deliverables, timelines, and ensure documentation compliance.
• Familiarity with ASME, TEMA, API standards.
• Experience in preparing MDS, MRs, RFQ, technical bid evaluation, equipment selection, TDCs, BOQs, vendor document review, and close-out reports.
• Experience in ASME U stamp audits, including participation in audits.
• Hands-on experience in vessel design calculations, fabrication drawings, plate development, and nozzle detail drawings.
• Experience with nozzle analysis using FEA tools like Nozzle PRO.
• Assist in resolving quality, fabrication, transportation, erection, and commissioning issues as they arise.
