  • Perform searches for qualified candidates as per relevant job criteria.
  • Screen candidates to obtain information on work history, training, education and job skills.
  • Proactively coordinate with departments for interviews.

Job description

  1. Perform searches for qualified candidates as per relevant job criteria.
  2. Screen candidates to obtain information on work history, training, education and job skills, and provide feedback against job standards.
  3. Proactively coordinate with departments for interviews.
  4. Coordinate for timely visa issuance or transfer procedure of the new recruits.
  5. Prepare offer letters and employment contracts; ensure timely handover to the candidates.
  6. Maintain an active and organized data bank of candidates for various positions.
  7. Conduct Training Need Analysis for departments based on Performance Appraisals
  8. Manage the LinkedIn Learning portal and promote learner engagement
  9. Support internal training and Liaison with external training providers.
  10. Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
