Job summary
A leading company in Kuwait is seeking a dedicated HR professional to manage recruitment processes, coordinate interviews, and facilitate training needs. The role involves maintaining candidate databases and ensuring smooth onboarding for new hires.
Responsibilities
- Perform searches for qualified candidates as per relevant job criteria.
- Screen candidates to obtain information on work history, training, education and job skills.
- Proactively coordinate with departments for interviews.
- Perform searches for qualified candidates as per relevant job criteria.
- Screen candidates to obtain information on work history, training, education and job skills, and provide feedback against job standards.
- Proactively coordinate with departments for interviews.
- Coordinate for timely visa issuance or transfer procedure of the new recruits.
- Prepare offer letters and employment contracts; ensure timely handover to the candidates.
- Maintain an active and organized data bank of candidates for various positions.
- Conduct Training Need Analysis for departments based on Performance Appraisals
- Manage the LinkedIn Learning portal and promote learner engagement
- Support internal training and Liaison with external training providers.
- Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
