Overview

A dynamic and growing organization committed to creating a people-first culture. they are looking for an experienced Senior HR Generalist to join our team and lead day-to-day HR operations, with a strong focus on managing payroll end to end.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end payroll (data preparation, processing, reconciliations, statutory compliance, reporting).
  • Oversee the full HR cycle: recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee records in line with local labor laws.
  • Support benefits administration and ensure timely enrollment/renewals.
  • Partner with managers to advise on employee relations and performance improvement.
  • Lead or participate in HR projects (e.g., HRIS implementation, engagement initiatives).
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (CIPD or SHRM certification is a plus).
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a payroll-focused role.
  • Solid understanding of HR best practices and labor law.
