Desired Candidate Profile

Mandatory Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in contract management in Oil & Gas / EPC projects
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent (preferably NBA-accredited)
• Hands-on experience with FIDIC contracts
• Strong understanding of contract terms, negotiation, and claims

Preferred:

• Experience in Middle East refinery or infrastructure projects
• Familiarity with legal/commercial clauses in EPC environment
• Exposure to contract closure and audit documentation
