Job Description:
  • Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for children with speech, language, communication, feeding/swallowing, voice/resonance disorders
  • Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs
  • Collaborate with families and other professionals involved in the care of children
  • Provide ongoing assessment of progress towards goals
  • Document patient progress in electronic health records (EHR) system
Skills & Qualifications Required:
