Job summary

Four Seasons Kuwait City is seeking a guest locker room attendant to warmly greet guests, assist with appointments, and maintain pristine spa locker rooms. You will ensure cleanliness, replenish amenities, and enforce spa policies with a service-driven approach.

• Greet members and guests warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and properly oriented to the locker room and spa facilities.
• Assist guests with their appointments and respond promptly and professionally to all interactions, ensuring maximum comfort and satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked locker room at all times, replenishing amenities as needed.
• Collect and remove used towels, robes, and other items left behind to maintain a tidy environment.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in all spa areas, including steam rooms, hot tubs, showers, and locker areas.
• Adhere to and enforce all locker room policies, etiquette, and safety standards.
• Uphold the Four Seasons’ commitment to excellence by providing genuine, anticipatory, and personalized service.
