We're Hiring: Social Media Specialist – Real Estate Sector

Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy & Management
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy tailored to real estate goals and target audiences.
- Manage daily operations and content posting across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, X, etc.).
- Plan and maintain a content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns, promotions, and property launches.
Content Planning & Coordination
- Work closely with content creators, photographers, and videographers to develop engaging posts including photos, videos, virtual tours, and infographics.
- Customize property-related content for each platform, focusing on visuals, storytelling, and local market relevance.
Community Engagement
- Respond promptly to messages, comments, and inquiries across all platforms.
- Build relationships with followers, influencers, and real estate communities to foster engagement.
- Monitor online conversations, reviews, and feedback to protect and enhance the brand reputation.
Advertising & Lead Generation
- Run and optimize paid social media ad campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.) to promote listings and events.
- Target specific audiences for property promotions and monitor ad performance for ROI.
- Collaborate with the sales team to convert social media leads into customers.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), such as engagement rate, follower growth, click-through rate, and lead conversions.
- Prepare monthly reports and suggest data-driven improvements.
- Monitor competitor social media strategies and trends in the real estate market.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
Experience:
- 3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the real estate industry.

- Strategic planning and performance analysis
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and algorithms.
- Basic knowledge of design and editing tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) is an advantage.
