Job summary

HRInvest in Kuwait is seeking a Social Media & Content Executive to develop creative content across the company’s social platforms, with a strong focus on TikTok and Instagram Reels. The role requires a keen sense of trends and the ability to turn ideas into engaging videos.

You will manage the full content creation process—from concept development and scripting to filming, editing and publishing—ensuring brand consistency and timely delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or any relevant field.
• At least 3+ years of experience in social media or content creation.
• Proficiency in CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is highly desirable.
• Strong storytelling, copywriting, and communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple content requirements and timelines.
• Confident on camera or directing others during filming.

Responsibilities
