Job summary

Client of Angel Gulf Jobs in Kuwait City seeks a skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our fabrication team, focusing on welding, cutting, grinding and assembly of metal structures in a workshop/site environment. You will read fabrication drawings, interpret welding symbols and perform ARC, MIG, TIG welding as required, while ensuring quality, dimensional accuracy and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience as a Welder/Fabricator.
• ITI/Trade Certificate in Welding/Fabrication preferred.
• Hands-on experience in metal fabrication and welding.
• Understanding of fabrication measurements and techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and quality.
• Physically fit for workshop/site environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform welding fabrication, cutting, grinding and assembly of metal structures.
• Read and interpret fabrication drawings, welding symbols and measurements.
• Prepare materials by cutting, beveling, cleaning and aligning before welding.
• Perform ARC, SMAW, MIG, GMAW and TIG welding as required.
• Fabricate structures, frames, supports, brackets and platforms.
• Carry out fit-up, tack welding, alignment and final welding.
• Inspect welds and fabricated components for quality and dimensional accuracy.
• Repair welding defects and perform finishing work.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and project quality standards.
