Job description

A Temporary 1-Month Role, to be responsible for organizing and coordinating the activities of the project office, provide administrative and secretarial support where required and serve as a custodian for all documentation handled in the project.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Document Control management.
  • Manages all communications, maintain logs, and ensure distribution of communications to all concerned stakeholders.
  • Manages reception, appointments, phone calls, faxes, and other communications.
  • Assists in coordinating with all cross-functional teams for the necessary and timely input for the preparation and submission of Executive Reports.
  • Schedules and coordinate meetings, distribute agendas, ensure that the conference facilities and equipment are fully functioning. Distribute the minutes of meetings.
  • Maintains logs of payments, Variation Orders, Reports, and similar documents and provide alerts for delays.

Job Requirements:

  • High School or secretarial certification with equivalent years of experience.
  • Written and Spoken English is essential, Arabic is preferred.
  • 1-3 years' experience in an administrative role.
  • Prior experience as a project secretary is required.
  • Can join immediately.
